The Dutch League

The Dutch League is the official European Regional League of the Netherlands, signifying a major step in bringing the regional League of Legends scene to a new professional level. The six participating teams will face-off for their share of the €25,000 prize pool throughout 2020.

All games are broadcast live on our Dutch stream.

Format

The competition consists of two Splits (Spring and Summer) and a national Country Final. Each Split is played online as a Double Round Robin between all six teams, culminating in a King-of-the-Hill style Playoff between the top four teams of the Split.

Each Split has a cash prize pool of €7,500 and the winner of each Split will earn a spot in the European Masters Play-Ins, giving them the opportunity to face off against some of the best teams from all across Europe.

Teams will gain Championship Points based on their standings at the end of each Split, and the four best teams based on Championship Points will face off in the offline national Country Finals at the end of the season for an extra €10,000 prize pool.

Between Splits and after the Country Finals teams will have the opportunity to make changes to their lineups during an open Transfer Period.
